In 1996, Bruce assembled a premium line-up of Vancouver musicians and entered the studio with a new concept. Any Day Soon was to be a Roots-based Introspective Pop Album.

The album, released on cassette, had just begun to get some traction, when another project grasped Bruce’s attention.
